The venue was fairly clean and the staff were superfriendly. Besides, the location was convenient and easy for our stay, within 20 minutes' walk of North Arm Bridge. Excellent dishes were served at the attached restaurant.

It is in an excellent location if you want to be near the airport. In my case, it was only for one night. The hotel offers a hotel-to-airport shuttle service (included in your stay), which made it very convenient to go to the airport the next day.
The treatment of the hotel staff was not very good, the people at the reception did not speak good English and communication was difficult. Many of my questions were answered in a short and rude manner.

Family with children good for a short stay
The room was clean and very comfortable. We got early check-in, super helpful. The staff, especially Ansh, went outta their way to make sure we could get in early so we could rest before heading out.
It wasn't cheap, that's for sure, but was still acceptable for what we needed.

Clean hotel with easy location in Vancouver adjacent to airport and a bus stop into Vancouver and outlet. Plenty of brilliant food. Very very good building and rooms with king bed. Accommodating and respectful staff; fast check in.

They charge you for parking and you don't even have to buy water from a machine or get out if you want to.

The White Spot was well located but the food was not great.
